It’s just an idea.
There is a one-block street in St. George with a lot of potential to become a Staten Island destination. It’s called Minthorne Street.
There is a craft brewery called, Flagship Brewery, an Italian restaurant called Flour & Oak, and two new restaurants, and there’s an empty store front around the corner.
Their marketing press agent does work that is as basic as basic goes. Their event calendar is random and ever-changing. The Instagram account is a little boring and somewhat uninspiring.
I think they are expecting to figure it out ONE DAY. The problem is that this has been going on for a few years now.
There is a homeless shelter for women and children opening around the corner next year. The construction is going up now.
The neighborhood is historically pretty tough with drugs and crime. The “North shore” has an unsavory reputation for people that love the South shore.
One wonders how much
pain the business owners
and landlord will endure
before they do something
to change and alter the text.
