Shurwood’s primary purpose is steeped in a short list of important values. These values are: Integrity, Honesty & Talent.

To correct unintentional injustices which commonly occur in the adjudication of Worker’s Comp. claims. To have a legal system where unintended injustices are corrected through Artificial Intelligence. Let’s create a future where our people are, once again, valued.

*Language:

Branding language is a evolving development. The language is 50% of the power of any brand, and its visuals, the other 50%.
This Branding & Design Guidelines is the just the beginning of a journey. Most brand experts agree that Brands and its  Language takes fifteen months to three years to develop, practice and implement.

Advantages:

  • To increase our motivation and job satisfaction.

  • To encourage sharing ideas to optimize employee creativity.

  • We will utilize the participative leadership style to create a strong team.

  • We are expecting a High-level of productivity to be achieved.

Disadvantages:

  • Decision-making may be time-consuming.

  • Let’s avoid being too apologetic (pathos), but, admit when we are wrong. 

  • Communication failures will sometimes happen.

  • Security issues arise due to transparency
    of information.

  • Poor decisions can be made if the employees are unskilled and overreach
    their expertise.

*Typefaces:

Montserrat type is our official corporate font. Wear it like we wear our suits; clean and pressed.

Montserrat is a clean, simple, and easy-to-read font. It looks good in body text and for a headline. Use Montserrat as often as possible. 

It is available on the internet and come included in Google. 

Audiowide typeface is our official logo. It says: “Tech.” This typeface should be used whenever we use the word: “Shurwood” in a letter, email, PDF or text file. 

Never use this typeface to replace body text or body copy. It is best used to bring a little attention to the company name. Please use this sparingly to create the right effect.
