The Formulawas established in 1996.

How the FORMULA works:

We rate a business in 4 creative market disciplines on a scale of 1-25. These four disciplines are Branding, Design, Communication, and Advertising.

We conduct an observation lab at the establishment looking at many considerations and calculating benchmarks (some fall under Branding and other fall under Design, etc…) and how the staff interacts with each other and customers at the business. .

We attempt to experience the business as a customer does but with the additional understanding of eye movements, psychology, neuroscience, and phenomenology. Then we compile a brief report.

Using the Formula we arrive with some insight and perspectives using a combination of the in-person Observation Lab and the Formula.

This tells us:

1. How poorly or well a business is doing.
2. Where their marketing costs could be directed to optimally increasing new and additional revenue.


The Formula™ was established in 1996. It works like math and science in recognizing immediate problems and providing logical solutions using both rational and irrational emotional triggers to drive new, optimal, and psychological solutions.
